I’m Alina Torres, an Ecuadorian artist and designer. 

I grew up surrounded by art and have always been fascinated by crafts and the beauty of small objects made by hand. That is why, even though I was formally trained as an interior and furniture designer, it is in jewelry that I have found the perfect medium to express myself.  

I thrive in the freedom that this artform gives me to explore different styles, themes, materials and techniques and to push the boundaries between tradition and innovation. Still, what I love the most about designing each piece is to begin a story that will be continued to be written by the person who wears it.

In a world were disposable is the norm, I strive to give objects their value back, to make each piece of jewelry a work of art to be cherished and enjoyed through time and to motivate people to live art and to wear it.
